Server Error! Please rerun the operation
This error message, "Server Error! Please rerun the operation" is presented when there are breaks in your network connection. Health Manager requires a steady broadband connection and it is recommended to be on a wired Ethernet connection.

Another way to ensure a steady connection is to set a static IP address for your computer. In your PC's network settings, you can set a static IP address as opposed to DHCP. The following link (click here) provides instructions on how to set static IP addresses for all Windows operating systems. Note: With a dynamic IP address (the Windows default) the internet connection can be dropped when your IP address expires. 

If the problem persists, check to see if there are other processes running on your computer and web browser. Streaming services such as Pandora, iHeart Radio, YouTube and others will affect the bandwidth of your connection, interfering with your ability to use Health Manager.
