What is an incomplete assessment?
If there is any doubt at all as to whether someone in the office can go into a client record in HM5 and update the information, they should first look at the Non-Medical Incomplete Assessment Report.

This is located in the "Clients" tab under the "Client Reports" button.

Please remember, if an assessment has been "saved for later," you will not know the record is currently in use as they are not actively logged in.

DO NOT proceed with editing information without first making sure there is no pending assessment out there. Making an edit to the client record will cause the incomplete assessment to become corrupt, and the user will be unable to then save that assessment.
