Health Manager Response Time is Slow.
The Health Manager application works best on a hardwired ethernet connection. If you are on a hardwired connection and still having speed & response time issues, try the following options.
  1. Clear your browser's history, temporary internet files and cookies.
  2. Clear your DNS cache. The following link (click here) provides instructions on how to do so.
  3. If the problem persists, limit and eliminate all streaming services and other web services while using HM5. Services such as YouTube, Pandora pull on the bandwidth required for HM5 and cause the application to perform poorly.
  4. If none of the previous options work, you should contact your internet service provider and get more information or assistance to strengthen your network connection and cause the application to perform poorly.
