Locked out of HealthManager
If the locked out user is an Administrative employee.

The user will have to contact the owner of their franchise and request to be unlocked.

If the locked out user is a Franchise Owner, and the owner's account is locked.

The business owner should log into HealthManager using the Administrator credentials provided by the corporate office. Follow the steps below to unlock the owner's personal account.
After a successful login, click on the Office tab.Double-click on the username of the owner.Check the checkbox for ActiveClick on the Save button.Log out of Health Manager.

If the locked out user is a Franchise Owner, and the Administrator account is locked.
